The rolls take practice and a really delicate touch. My problem is I want to add enough flour to make them easier to work with and then they're tough. But it is oh, so worth it to practice until they are perfect! (not that mine are perfect, but. . . )
Same here! I thought they were supposed to be easy to handle! They're lighter now that I go easy on the flour, but now I need to figure out how to separate the pieces and lift them onto the cookie sheet without making them look like drop cookies.
